I believe its extrememly important the financing is completed prior to

testing at this stage.

Reports are out on our group that the vote will be substantially higher

in price for the subsequent offer if we are in a cash position for many obvious

reasons.

to get us for nothing.. look at his as stage two... the dilution is worth the money

in spades)
