Chances are all is being negotiated-it makes no sense to produce a single well, oil or gas, at this point, even if one has productive capability. If a lease needs to be held, it will probably be done in the board room, not in the field at this point.

Sorry, but I think that is totally wrong. Any producing well would make a HUGE difference in terms of market confidence, current share price, production license (the board doesn't decide if FO has to give back the land and license, that mining bureau does), balance sheet, negotiations with XOM and of cause the ongoing search for a partner for the Algyo-Plays.

In almost every aspect of this story, a producing gas well would make a tremendous difference.
