Ok, as for the production license you seem to be right. It covers only the BCGA as defined in the original Scotia Report from 2006, so it is about the zones below 3,200 meters.

Still seems strange to me to look for a strategic partner without having a production license, but you might be right then. They'll give Magy another try to get a production license.
