I would like to know why the general perception is that my comments are unwelcome when all I am questioning is the financial health of Falcon and whether its management has handled its cash raised responsibly.

I thought the board was to discuss topics with an open mind and not always be goody - goody on all aspects of Falcon. Certain aspects need to be analysed and criticised if necessary. This happens to any company so I fail to understand why this board is particularly distrustful to anyone that questions Falcon's probability of success.

Kindly inform me openly if this board is only meant to be positive about Falcon and if you want me to stop posting.

I am a shareholder too but want to be skeptical on purpose in order for others to explain to me that i may be wrong but not insulted or ignored.
