How long do you think it will take to get to a fracking stage from here - 1 year or more is probably what it will take, so what is the problem with 8 months to the regulations? Not one of the exploration companies will be looking to frack anything until early 2016 given that they don't even know where to start without new seismic and deliniation wells, so I see this a very big plus for Falcon and have bought a bunch more accordingly.
