Thanks for finding this article Mo. This relates to the environmental impact update that PASA has requested before the end of February. Once that update has been approved then the exploration license can move forward towards granting of the license by summer without any rights to do fracking until those guidelines are approved. Once a license is approved conditionally - then Falcon will be able to the seismic work and test drilling, but I expect it will be Chevron that does any of that actual work.
