If you see 'insulting' messages, the best thing to do is to click the 'report violation' button at the bottom of the message. If the message violates one of the 6 rules of use, the person who made the post will be warned or banned. If nobody clicks 'report violation', then no action will be taken.

Several of us have the ability to delete posts, as well as warn or ban users. However, we don't do that unless we are asked to by those who do not have that ability. If several complaints are received in regards to a particular message or poster, then the appropriate action will be taken.
