Re: Magpie 50 vs 48.7 plus valuation

roos 2000-

FNC gets 27.5 million shares of the new company, Magpie Mines Inc. This new co. needs to get listed, and then the new shares are transferred to current FNC shareholders at what was supposed to be a 1:1 basis. I believe that 1:1 ration was mentioned by FNC a few months ago via a phone call to another poster

With FNC now holding only 48.7 %, it appears it will be somewhat less than the previous 1:1 ratio. What also could be important down the road is the 1% net smelter royalty to FNC-if this becomes a viable economic deposit. It certainly looks at this point to have outstanding potential. That's why I have always believed it was important to keep one eye open regarding any developments with Magpie.

It would be appreciated if anyone could go to the meeting and ask a few of the important questions. I think you and I live outside of the country, eh?
