In that FNC's AGM was attended by an apparent director, or person of interest in Magpie Mines Inc., could you please inquire from the company if (1) there is a timeline on when Magpie Mines Inc. is going to be listed, and (2) does FNC intend to keep its 27.5 million shares internally as part of their financial holdings, or will there indeed be a spin off of Magpie Mines shares to current FNC shareholders?
