No arguement here greatlife-I'd like to see the regular shareholders really monitor the news and upcoming PR's as they relate to all shareholders in the upcoming months with an eye toward making appropriate changes when the next proxies are sent out.

It seems apparent that NOt's retail shareholders scaired the hell out of some of the newer board members, to the extent that any communication with retail has been almost eliminated. We the shareholders of FNC have done nothing untoward in this respect to FNC, yet no bones for the dogs. Specifically, I am referencing any material information regarding follow through shares of Magpie Inc. It would not take any effort to dissemenate information regarding FNC's intentions for the shareholders regarding Magpie.

In light of Not's retail shareholders actions in the recent past, could it be apparent that the only wake up call some board of directors get is a good old fashioned reatail shareholders revolt? I've never really believed Peter is running this company-there's an 800 lb gorilla on his back...

With the Sheridan Group owning such a large percentage of FNC's shares, successful retail action would appear questionable at best, but hell, it could send a message.
