Let's see if Wes will offer 1:3 NOT:FNC. This is the next logical step towards area consolidation from my prespective.

If Wes at NOT plays the "friendly merger" card immediately following the closing of the FWR offer, he will get some extra cash in the bank to drill the "ghost bridge" and let us know for sure if there is anything of value at FNC's RoF property. (I think that NOT's understanding of the geology in the RoF is better than FNC's) And he can spin off the other FNC properties to recoup the capital investment/dilution.

Just my 4 bits worth, but I really want to see this area light up with lots of merger / acquisition activity. This will bring fresh money and SP escalation into the RoF
