I'll write more. However, after a full day of conversations with CEO's and Geos (one whose known Peter for 30 years), I can safely say that Magpie alone is more valuable than many companies properties with double our Market Cap! I got into a discussion comparing QIT and Magpie an how QIT deals with black sand. Discussions about Vanadium. The companies I'm impressed at are those who state exact financing needed to reach a feasibility study. They're sights are not limited to next step. The attitude is boom bam let's get moving. They know what they've got from a previous inferred 43-101. Now move swiftly to indicated, then next steps. What I don't understand is why a company is willing to lay it all on the table, where as FNC has not. Talking to someone whose known Smith a while, he said Peter is very secretive. I asked if there is an advantage to be secretive. No. Having everything available makes large investors come to you more readily. Perhaps Peter and Granger can lay it all out there for all to read as to the cost of each step. -sg
