Purchase price: 41.5 cents per flow-through share and 32 cents per non-flow-through share
Warrants: 7,273,483 share purchase warrants to purchase 7,273,483 non-flow-through shares
Warrant exercise price: 50 cents for an 18-month period
Number of placees: 46 placees
Insiders: Peter H. Smith 50,000 FT, Pathway Quebec Mining 2011 Flow-Through LP 4,337,350 FT, MineralFields Quebec 2011 Super Flow-Through LP 1,686,747 FT, MineralFields 2011-VI Super Flow-Through LP 1,204,819 FT
