If you think PS hasn't missed anybody (himself, close friends, relatives, MF, directors, etc.) to exploit the benefits of high probablel run-up in the coming months, he is going to start releasing assay results, 43-101 reports and IPO plan, etc. Misplaced core samples by the lab was simply an excuse (then what about the rest?) and it was not the first time.
