MC of GNH is $30M but their properties are a little more advanced so maybe half of that would be a good guess?
Why the market does not give us ANY value for this? Why is Fermont the only property we get any value for? Right. Because that project is operated by capable people and PS, as long as FNC contributes (and we suffer because of PP´s at low prices), can not mess up things. Let´s hope Magpie, once it IPO´s, will not be lead by PS and buddies but will hire a capable CEO. I have said it before, and I firmly believe this would happen, that if PS announces he would resign the following trading day FNC would double. That, imo, says it all.
