Perhaps FNC is selling to keep the lights on , or perhaps they have been selling as they had advance warning of an upcoming equity financing {and they knew that the SP would drop as a consequence , OR perhaps they have been selling in order to participate in the units of HPQ that are being sold for $0.17(with a 24-month warrant to purchase at $0.25) }. The latter would obviously be the smart thing to do if they were in fact cashed up and believed in the future of HPQ, ...if I was a betting man (and presumably I am having taken a large position in FNC ) I would guess the first option, but would be pleasantly surprised to learn that it was the last option of the three ...
Cheers,
