Approx 3 weeks ago they supplied all additional information that was needed for Enviromental Approval. There is anticipation that the approval will come in the NEAR future.

Everything is still on schedule for financial close and construction for 2012, seems the delay in approval has been a bonus as the price of turbines have decreased substantially. This has brought down the Operating Expenses cost estimates. This should reflect nicely in Finavera's profits.
