Investor Relations

The Company would like to announce the appointment of Nina Lafleur as investor relations manager. Ms. Lafleur is an investor relations and communications professional with 12 years' experience working with publicly traded natural resource companies. As Investor Relations Manager for Fire River Gold Corp., Ms. Lafleur is responsible for all aspects of the Company's investor communications department. Ms. Lafleur has an educational background in International Management and Securities. She does not currently hold any common shares of the Company but may purchase shares in the Company from time to time for investment purposes. She has been granted the option to acquire 150,000 shares at $0.43 and such options vest over a 12 month period beginning on June 22, 2011, with no more than one quarter of the options vesting in any three month period and becoming fully vested on June 22, 2012.
