FMG is cleaning up balance sheet with a major write down and debt settlements (previously announced and this one). This is necessary to finalize a deal. FMGs issued and outstanding shares will likely double since 2012/2013 but if you were smart you more than doubled your position over this time for pennies. I have tripled my position since 2012/2013 for a 1/3 of the price that my initial position cost. I expect a big payback in near term. Insiders and close associates will be taking down large portions of this 350k placement. the million $ question is, Is our new partner participating in this placement.
