Agreed...finally a JV partner who recognizes the value not just of our property..but the value that Jim Voisin brings to the partnership. The execution of the business plan will happen swiftly and efficiently. There is not a CEO on the vse board who could do a better job! Even though we are associated with vse type stocks we are a different breed...the value will unfold as the plan is executed!
