We have a joint venture company with our new partners.

Sorry about jumping the gun but my trading account says now:

AURIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (FMG:TSX-V)

Which as Jim reminded me was the company that we merged with "Auric" 6 years ago to go public then and then that name died. I do remember that now.

But Jim say nothing has changed with our FMG Corp but there is a Non Public Mexican Company that is a 50% owned by us and our partner.

That just is NOT right so I will email them(Brokerage Company) to see why that has come to be.
