I had about 20k to invest last week and i asked Jim if there was a private placement coming that i could participate in and the answer was firm thanks but no thanks. We know fmg is broke and Jim is selling shares to pay the bills so why wouldnt he take my money? The message i took from it was Jim doesnt want to dilute further and even though he needs the money he knows the end of this nightmare is near.
