In the latest disclosure Morgan owns ~18 million shares. What associate companies or individuals might own either under 10% or domiciled in a region that chooses not to report no one knows. ( as is the case with any stock)

I think the "Ownership" split was a miss communication as CGE has retained 100% ownership of the property, however what is the % split of the after tax profit of the operation ? They could own the property 100% but be getting 20% of the after tax profit. (Or Less)

I don't follow this company close enough to know the answer to this, but it's an interesting question.

Will be interesting to see how it compares to the deal FMG eventually strikes.
