Nice to see a few posts..always enjoy your upbeat thinking!I think it will be a few weeks before we get the first payment and things start rolling! We always knew we had a great property and a smart and dedicated CEO! I find it remarkable that given what we have been through we are now in good shape ..everything is in tact and we still have just over 80 million shares outstanding...and most important we have the one missing ingredient..namely the financing! I’m sure many of us wondered if that day would ever happen! Even more important we give up no equity position! I personally have a significant position but even so have been nibbling away at 5-6 cents! There are still risks but I Still think this is an exceptional buying opportunity!
