FirstPlus Facility Services, LLC is a national provider of superior facility cleaning and janitorial services.

Responsibilities –
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota
• Lead generation through cold calling
• Function independently with a high degree of sales proficiency
• Develop and prepare proposals
• Achieve sales objectives
• Provide the highest standard of customer service
• Possess a strong working knowledge of products & services
Requirements –
• Proven sales success with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Experience initiating and building relationships
• Excellent cold calling, and prospecting skills
• Good organization and time management skills
Must be:
• Energetic, and capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Hard working and motivated, able to take ownership and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented and well-organized
Compensation is a competitive salary base plus commission.
Excellent benefit package after 90 days of employment.
