Morning Beaver and All;

It seems to me, that the old saying, "It's not over till it's over" may very well be true. Those appellants, who seem to have come out of the woodwork are making what they know is their final stab at foiling this project. Personally, it is my belief that, they are making their final gasp for air and that they will eventually breathe their last on this one.

The prolonged dragging on, of course, can be discouraging at times but the US, at this point in time, needs this one too badly to see its demise. And its those of us who hold on who will come out the winners.
