I had always wondered who had been so adamant about not letting this mine go through the process...

Then I find out when reading those appeals that Xstrata and Roi Tinto own the infamous Blackbird mine!

That "Hell hole" of mining from the early days is a disaster of EPA clean up!

Now I discover that the reason for FCO not being given access across the easement of their land is because we are being held by blackmail...in order to have us take over their clean up or costs for their Blackbird mess!

Not only that, but Xstrata owns the only other large supply of the world's cobalt in their Swiss holdings!!

Why would they want FCO's mine to come on line, and take away their best customers...the West!!

I call a major B.S. move that will be canceled out by the Forrest Dept. (the U.S. government needs this Strategic Resource)
