Deadline NPDES

Hi,

Since the NPDES permit is using the same basis for issue as the ROD (the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)) it is expected it will be issued once the ROD is upheld which will in turn make the EIS final - probably a day or two after the end of the appeal resolution period has ended at the beginning of next month. We don't anticipate any problems.
