Seems to me that SP these days implies a 50/50 chance of bankruptcy and I just don't believe it. Funding for the mine may well be more onerous but I have no doubt it will come. If not from the usual players then from the locals in Idaho. I can see delaying the startup of a zinc or lead mine in this climate but not the only cobalt mine in the US. All that money currently in US Treasuries is going to have to go to work and this seems like one of the better plays out there.

It may well be that the difficulties with the ROD are a blessing in disguise as time is on our side when it comes to funding. Wait until the US banks, brokerage houses and insurance companies are awash in all that freshly printed bailout money.

I also appreciate the statement by management that they will use this time to try to resolve the remaining issues with Appellants. So very Canadian.

Anyway, thats my take. Please do your own DD since my track record stinks.
