Brigand, Yes, the price is staying the same, but volume is starting to increase....over a million shares yesterday! I thinking funds and retails are looking at this price and buying...but some fund or group had to be selling for this size of trading to be happening... Either they had to because of redemptions or margin calls...or out of fear that some other delay will hold up this project once more! I believe that the economy is at "the balancing point" and that the turn around maybe happened yesterday...(just hopefull anticipation on my part)! So if the markets are starting to turn upwards, and FCO gets its permit soon...then the start of next year and the "spring thaw" will bring this stock back to reputable prices.
