Price of FCO increasing as mid-Jan. approaches

This substantial move upwards today points the direction FCO/FCACF share prices will be taking, as the record of decision date approaches...

It maybe that the money standing "on the sidelines" will start being reinvested after the start of the New Year, or after the Obama inauguration.

I made my last buy at .09 (FCACF) so as Dubya would say "Bring it on"!!
