Well there's the silver lining for bad economic times - communities starved for jobs and willing to pony up some cash to help you get going. It is to the credit of FCO management that the local community views ICP as a model for where to invest their money.

This will take at least some of the bite out of financing the mine in these times of tight credit and low SP.
