He manages an investment firm,Global something and is being interviewed on BNN with comments on cos. that phone callers ask about.He commented on FCO but IMO he doesn't know alot about cobalt as he seems to think all cobalt is considered the same.He also didn't think cobalt was all that important.He needs to be more informed before he comments on something he doesn't know enough about.JMO.
