The following is a first run at the Rules and Disclaimer - if anyone has any additional rules or suggestions, please post them and I will update as we go. (thank you to those that helped with suggestions here! Bravekind/naimarantz/kim1013/PM)
Rules No profanity - no disrespectful or nasty posts will be allowed - no Spam is allowed.
If you have a stock that you wish to submit to the forum for discussion or as a heads up hot tip or for a long term play then please submit it in the following format:
SUBJECT LINE should contain:
1. Stock Symbol/Exchange
2. If it is a Heads Up (moving quickly today) Pick / Short Term (1 - 12 weeks) Pick / Mid Term (3 - 12 months) Pick / Long Term Investment
3. Index TSE/TSX-V/NASDAQ etc
4. Current Price
example: GZD TSX-V Short/Long Term $1.02
BODY should contain:
1. Total Shares Outstanding
2. Sector & Sector Sentiment (what are the strengths/weaknesses)
3. Website Link
4. Management (any connections to other know companies)
5. Insider Buying/Selling and relevancy
6. Joint Ventures which are relevant
7. Recent News Releases
8. Summary of your own DD and conclusions and any Technical Analysis that you deem relevan, the reasons the financials and share float are good. Any new information or updates can be added in this area also by others as they contribute. Please also include your level of expertise in this sector or regarding this stock.

To keep a thread in place, please, respond to the initial email and for all new stocks please start a new post. Feel free to comment on all posts and thumbs up can be given if you agree with the post and/or the Tip.
If you have new information to add please do so and maybe if you "put in italics" your contribution so it will be easier to see the updates. It would be great also to have feedback from you if you did take the tip and benefit from it.
