Update regarding Website Speed

Good day to you all.

The good news is that AGORACOM is busier than ever. We've got robust and clean stock discussion amongst investors from over 200 countries and territories.

As a result, our servers and web host have been getting pounded pretty hard lately, resulting in some speed issues - and our site is hosted at a Tier-1 provider. We've been through this a few times before.

As a result, we're moving our site hosting over to the biggest of them all - Amazon.com. Yep, the same guys that have become famous for selling a gazillion books are now going to be hosting AGORACOM.

We're making the move tomorrow night (Friday, September 18th) around 9:00 PM and expect the site to be down for 3-4 hours. That's OK because you should be out with your friends and family around that time :-)

Over the next 24 hours, we will be turning parts of our web server off at incrimental intervals. As a consequence some of you might experience minor interruptions of your AGORACOM Experience.
