Thanks for that info Cooky.

So the question then becomes why do we have allow Appoint Presidents with score of less than 3.7 when we have 42(?) Hub leaders with scores greater then 3.7.

I can see why you would need 'Appointed' Hub Leaders when the board is starting, or when the board is volatile/hostile but once the board is up and running and there is a lot of Hub Leaders you would think the rules would be the same for all.

The question came about because there is a Hub leader that got demoted because his score was < 3.7 but is extremely active on the NOT board and other Appointed Hub Leaders that have scores < 3.7 some of which dosn't post on the NOT board very often.

Why the inequity?
