AGORACOM..Today (2/10/2012), EDIG's largest sharehloder, Jerry Polis, the father of the EDIG Chairman of the Board, filed an SEC filing showing that he had been selling a substantial number of EDIG shares which placed his holdings at below 5% of outstanding shares.
The anticipation of this filing has been "well known" by investors on "other boards" (also frequented by 1Coyote, DISCHINO, etal)..but such information has never been allowed to see the light of day on the EDIG Agoracom board...until I posted it today, right after the bona fide SEC filing by Jerry Polis.
Speculation about the EDIG Chairman of the Board's father selling his shares has always been "censored" by the HLs at the EDIG Agoracom board (silversurfer, 1Coyote, DISCHINO).
When the filing was finally announced today, I submitted the following post (basically showing that other boards were already aware of this impending event)
And of course, my post was reported as a VIOLATION (see below) by silversurfer and processed by DISCHINO (in response to 1Coyote's post about the SEC filing today (2/10/2012) on Jerry Polis's share ownership reduction.
"...Disruptive post only meant to incite the board. Posting spam from other discussion boards of apparent e.Digital bashers and also names the boards. Violation of AGORACOM rules 4 and 5."
AGORACOM..HOW (for the love of Pete)was my post below a VIOLATION of AGORACOM rules 4 and 5?

It might be more positive to the ongoing due diligence on the Agoracom EDIG discussion board if....
I..EDIG Agoracom Hub Leaders spent LESS time concerning themselves with...
(A)..Policing and reporting as violations "vaguely negative" posts contibuted by others.
(B)...Commenting on the minutia and "personalities" of other contributors.
II...EDIG Agoracom Hub leaders spent MORE time concerning themselves with...
(A).. "Drilling down" to determine what's the latest that's "really" going on with e.Digital.
(B)..Being open minded to opinions of earnest posters who are seeking reliable information.

(The following post by "Black Labs Rule" ron Agoracom received 17+ "Thumbs Up")
"...... All I have ever done on this board is try to seek information and thereby REALITY and post comments that will make people think and respond so everyone can learn."
"Some of my recent posts have not been the party line and were removed by someone and then reinstated by someone else."
"It is a waste of my time discussing things with people that want to trick themselves into feeling better by only listening to people that they already agree with."
"I am not selling--I will be watching--I want all longs to make money but feel that whether my opinions are right or wrong they are in fact just that, opinions to be taken for what they are worth."
"Many overly positive posts that are also opinions go untouched by those "in charge". Being positive in life in general is always better than being negative. However, ignoring things that are real so as to support the positive spin is foolish. GLTAL"

"No SEC Form SC 13G from Jerry Polis and he has never filed later than January 24th. He used to have 15 million shares of EDIG as of last year and as a higher than 5% owner he had to file. Jerry Polis has had to file them every year because he has been reducing his ownership of EDIG every year. Basically he has been dumping the stock by millions of shares a year. Not a show of confidence."
"I am not sure if he has to file if he is now below 5% ownership but we will find out by mid-february. If he does have to file I assume it will show he owns less that 5% now and will no longer have to file the form. The end of one of the few signs of transparency from this company."
"This is from Edger.com and outlines who has to file a form SC13G: "
"Do I have to file a Schedule 13D or 13G (Form SC 13D/SC 13G)? When am I required to file a Schedule 13G?"
"The rules and regulations governing beneficial ownership of securities are covered in
Rule 13d-1 — Filing of Schedules 13D-G. You can also find information about filing deadlines and requirements for both the SC 13D and SC 13G here. A passive individual investor can file an initial SC 13G within 10 days of acquiring 5% ownership, and must file annually within 45 days of the end of the calendar year to report any changes in ownership. If the change in ownership exceeds 10% or changes by more than 5% then an amended 13G is required within 10 days. Also see this release by the SEC spelling it out. "

"I try not to post much, but I have to chine in and hope that someone on this board will let the uninformed... know that the Polis family only owns a fraction of the shares they once had. Cassandra brought it to this board's attention before the last SHM. "
"..And, while I was attending the shareholders meeting, I asked Mr. Polis about that and he confirmed that the family trust had sold a large portion of their EDIG holdings. His reason/excuse was that they needed to raise cash due to the failing real estate market in Las Vegas."
My opinion of the man after a fifteen minute conversation with him was that he was a polite yet not at all infomed about edig and its past.....
