President and Chief Executive officer, Wolf Lake Terminals, Inc. A shareholder in Global Clean Energy Holdings. Mr. Middendorf is also the founder and major shareholder of Jatropha Corp S.A. which is developing Jatropha plantations in the Mexico states of Veracruz, Puebla, Oaxaca, and Tamaulipas.

And further, A NEW Jatropha Plant being built in Missouri. Commerce Bank N.A. Missouri is shown holding 40,000 shares of GCEH for someone.
