They said they'd hold off untill they thought it was appropiate.

It's Fall - We usually get an update-letter or something around this time.

I'm seriously wondering if that Vote on the Canadian TarSands Pipe-Line coming up on 11-1 will effect us... if it passes it could bring oils prices down significantly - The Arabs are already pushing it down knowing the vote is approaching. imo
