GGL Diamond issues 129,828 shares for services

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 129,828 shares at a deemed price of 18.8 cents, 17.3 cents and 16.1 cents for each $7,500 for a total of $22,500 in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated April 18, 2007.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
