Hi Kertzy,

Thank you for your post. On February 22, 2008, the Company completed a reverse merger with a private Nevada corporation, Global Automotive Supply, Inc. (GAS Nevada). As a result of that transaction, the Company assumed the business operations of GAS Nevada and changed its name to “General Automotive Company” and commenced trading about 3 weeks ago.
