GER a regain of market activity

We've been waiting for updates, especially about South Africa Gaz Mine and possible special founding for the acquisition of a near-production mine or something similar. This week, even without any news whatsoever, the shares went as high as .17 (from an average of about .11 to .12). Rumour is that GER is worth watching. I think there will be news shortly and the activity combined with the share price rise seem to indicate so.
