Montreal, Quebec, December 8, 2011 - Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") has been advised by Key Gold Holdings that it will not pursue the Souart acquisition agreement dated December 8, 2010.

This gives Glen Eagle the opportunity of regaining an important asset in addition to keeping the 750,000 shares of Key Gold originally issued to the Company in conjunction with the option agreement.
