Rod Husband has over 20 years of experience in all areas of economic geology with a particular focus in porphyry, epithermal, orogenic and skarn environments. In 1992, Mr. Husband became president and chief geologist of Pro Group Geological Ltd., a private company that provides a variety of exploration services to its clients. With Pro Group Geological, he led initial exploration and advanced development for resource companies operating in Canada , the United States , Chile , Peru , Honduras , Mexico , the Philippines and Slovakia . He has a wide range of junior resource company management experience and has served on the board of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Husband is presently on the board of Majestic Gold Corp., Global Hunter Corp., and Verona Development Corp. Mr. Husband is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He obtained a B.Sc. (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in December 1985.
Penny began her career as an executive assistant in a public mining company and since then has gained experience and expertise in public company regulatory and reporting requirements and has held progressively more senior positions, most recently as Office Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary for New Gold Inc.
Mr. Hibbitts is a professional geologist and senior mining professional with over 30 years of extensive and progressive experience and a proven track record from early exploration through to feasibility, mine development, and production. He has held senior positions at numerous public Canadian mining companies including: Silvercorp Metals Inc., New Gold Inc., Northgate Exploration Ltd., Royal Oak Mines, and Noranda Mines, among others. Specific skills include exploration, economic feasibility analysis, and project development including permitting. He has extensive experience in management of all aspects of early development of deposits as well as mature operations. He is an experienced officer of mining companies with a solid track record of exploration, development, production and safety. He has international experience in exploration and mining more specifically in Canada, South America, Mexico, China and the United States. He was co-recipient of the E.A. Scholts award for his work in the development of the Kemess Mine in Northern BC by the BC and Yukon Chamber of Mines in 2002.

Mr. Brauer has 20 years of international experience in the money brokering and investment banking business. He served as president and member of the board for several companies in Germany and the USA. He has been highly successful in corporate fundraising and in the implementation of new business concepts. His expertise is identifying the value of promising projects throughout various business sectors. He has a proven ability of analyzing and identifying promising commercial opportunites, projecting acheivable goals, creating marketing plans and implementing business strategies on a worldwide basis.
Dan Pisenti has over 20 years experience in the mining industry including the past 15 years of providing investment advice as the president of Whitehall-Parker Securities, Inc. (an independent securities brokerage firm based in San Francisco). Graduating with honors from the University of California at Berkeley Business School, Mr. Pisenti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. He rapidly enhanced his skills by earning his Certified Public Accounting license in 1987 while working at Arthur & Co. as a Senior Auditor. Mr. Pisenti also possesses a Series 7, 24, 39 and 63 Securities License.
