There is a buyer jumping in and out on INET on AMEX who started at about $4.40 and has gone almost all the way to $4.60 in fits and starts. The order started at around 28k shares but he pulls it every now and again to let a few sells build up and then he snaps them up. Good action, but only a single buyer it seems at this time.....
