You may be right JC but I view it as a ever increasing value proposition as time goes by. It is my belief that time is our friend with this play not the other way around. Remember 2/12 the oral hearing is supposed to commence and then it should be in the hands of the big guys to decide. A decision by the end of 2012 is not unlikely imo. Short term who knows where the price will go but I am looking forward to the long on this one.
