The Company was started and is currently managed by Bill and David Reid. Both highly experienced mining executives, they were instrumental in bringing to production six mines, primarily through US Gold Corp., another company they started, managed, and grew to production. The Company is focused on exploration and production of high grade gold and silver deposits in Mexico's southern state of Oaxaca. The Companies projects have been selected based on their low operating costs and potential for superior return on capital. Mill financing is in place and much of the equipment already ordered, the goal is initial production in 08, providing the last permit is received in early 08.
