In the Kodiak Forum they have reported that Kodiak has changed for the good now expecting to announce they are not longer Explorers only but are adding the Developing hat and changing the CEOs soon as they bring in the right talent. They have lots of drill results and have stated no intent to do a 43-101 as the "buyer" will verify it anyways. It would be a good fit IMO G and Kodiak. The whole game plan for Kodiak is to sell not develop.
