Selling GNH from Non Registered to TFSA

Seeing that the board does not seem too busy, I have a question regarding TFSA. I have some GNH in my regular trading account from "A" broker and would like to sell it and put the proceeds into "B" broker account which is a TFSA. This will not be a transfer, but an actual sale. Do I have to wait 30 days to buy as the sell would give me a loss and usually a trader has to wait 30 days in order to rebuy if the sale is a loss.
