I had tucked this post away back in June 2010 for reference...sorry dont recall the poster.

The 4 similar plays we have are Osisko, Brett Resources, Detour Gold and Canplats.

Osisko's MC is 4.13B, 2B (arbitrary) out for cash in the bank and the advanced level they are at and you are left with $180 per ounce based on 11.8M ounces (1.15g/t)

Detour gold's MC is 1.64B giving them $144 per ounce based on 11.4M ounces (1.02g/t)

Brett Resources MC is 340M giving them them $51 per ounce based on 6.7M ounces (0.8g/t)

I do not have all the necessary info to do the same exercise with Canplats. Eric, can you help me here?

With our f/d share float and $50 per ounce

1M ounces, our Share price could be 0.39 cents per share

2M ounces, our Share price could be 0.78 cents per share

3M ounces, our Share price could be $1.17 per share

5M ounces, our Share price could be $1.95 per share

10M ounces, our Share price could be $3.90 per share

Just some more numbers to entertain us until the assays come out.
